Thank you for choosing Martyz Royalty! We appreciate your investment in your personal and professional growth.

1. All Ticket Sales Are Final

All purchases for masterclasses, workshops, seminars, coaching events, and virtual educational experiences are final.

Due to the nature of event planning, preparation, and limited seating, we do not offer refunds for cancellations, scheduling conflicts, changes of mind, or failure to attend.

2. In-Person Event Tickets

All General Admission and VIP tickets are nonrefundable.

If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another individual at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.

All transfer requests must be submitted in writing and approved by our team.

3. Virtual Event Tickets

Virtual event tickets are nonrefundable.

Customers are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and compatible device.

Access instructions will be provided using the email address supplied during registration.

4. Promotional & Discounted Tickets

Tickets purchased using promotional codes, flash sales, special offers, or complimentary admission are subject to the same policies.

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to previous purchases.

5. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If Martyz Royalty cancels an event, customers will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid.

If an event is rescheduled, customers may attend on the new date or request a refund if they cannot attend.

6. VIP Experiences

VIP admission includes only the benefits specifically advertised at the time of purchase.

Unused VIP benefits are not eligible for partial refunds unless required by applicable law.
